If there is no snow our event is still a ‘go’. Instead, we use our wagons but the effects of the cold air, twinkling lights, and hot choco are still the same!

No, all tickets must be ordered online ahead of time. We only have a certain amount of seats available per sleigh, so be sure to book the required amount of seats your group needs.

We have a no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend your time slot, you can rebook for another date or gift your tickets. To inquire about another date, please email ponyexpress@shelbyranch.ca with your ticket order information and the new date & time slot you prefer.

Our Sleigh Ride of Lights is (approximately) a 30-minute experience. You are welcome to mingle at the bonfire pit before or after your sleigh ride, you can visit with our petting farm friends, or burn some energy at the playground for as long as you would like until we close for the evening.

Our Sleigh Ride of Lights event is sold in 30-minute time slots. The first ride starts at 5pm and the final ride of the evening is at 8:30pm.

We ask that you try to arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Please keep in mind we are working with live animals and we do our best to keep on schedule but our animals are not robots. Expect some delays.
