We’re so glad to have you as our guest through Harvest Hosts or Terego! Shelby Ranch is a family-friendly western ranch offering trail rides, a petting farm, and a taste of country adventure. Our unique campsites are located right in the barnyard—so you’ll wake up to the sounds of horses, goats, and Peacock & Emu! Whether you’re here for a peaceful night under the stars or to explore a little ranch life, we’re happy to have you.

No hookups: This is a dry camping location. Please arrive with full water tanks and empty waste tanks.

Please do not feed or enter any animal pens unless accompanied by staff. Yes, we have treat bags available for purchase.

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests and our animals who rise early!

You're welcome to enjoy a cozy evening around our designated bonfire pit during your stay at Shelby Ranch!
Please remember to check the Nova Scotia Burn Ban before lighting any fires—there are hefty fines (up to $25,000) for burning outside of permitted hours, even in a contained fire pit.
Need firewood? We've got you covered! Bundles are available for $10—just ask a staff member. Stay safe and enjoy the barnyard views!
